Refund policy
Compatibility failure
If the client will not run on a system that meets the requirements stated on the product page, and support can't resolve it within a reasonable time, we'll refund the current billing period.
Bans and game changes
We do not refund because a game account was restricted or banned — that risk is disclosed before purchase and is yours to accept. Game updates that temporarily break automation are covered by template pack updates, not refunds.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Partial-period refunds are at our discretion.
