Common questions
The compatibility checker reports the wrong resolution or DPI — what should I change?
In LDPlayer's settings, set resolution to 960x540 and DPI to 160. Restart the instance, open the game, and run the compatibility checker again.
The app says ADB isn't found.
Install Android platform-tools and either add it to your PATH or point the client at adb.exe in settings. Then enable ADB local debugging inside the emulator and restart it.
Automation stopped working after a game update.
Game patches change screens. Update the client and run a template pack sync from the dashboard — most breakage is fixed by fresh templates.
Where do I enter my license key?
In the client's license prompt at first launch, or later from the license section of the app. The key binds to your machine up to your plan's seat limit.
Is automation allowed by the game?
No — it likely violates the game's Terms of Service and your account can be penalized. Read the risk disclosure before enabling anything.
